Updating Channel Information

If you have been provided with Manage Channel permission by the Share911 team, you can access this feature by logging into your Share911 account, clicking or tapping on your name or the word "menu" in the upper right corner and then select "Manage Channel"



To edit or update your Channel, select the "Channel Info" tab.



Here you can update or change the Name of your channel, the Organization which it belongs to, provide a "Message of The Day" which will appear on LiveView.


You can also enable or disable Check-Ins and/or Accountability Reporting.


Changes made on this page will auto-save.
