Multi Channel Membership

Some members of your workforce may need to be members of more than one channel. For example, an employee who routinely travels between two facilities can be a member of both channels.

Providing a channel member with access to multiple channels is easy.

1. Select the channel which they are already a member of.

2. Access Manage People

3. Select the first letter of the members last name.

4. Locate the member and click Actions.

5. Select Channel Access
