Managing Groups

Share911 enables Critical Operations Team members and authorized Public Safety Personnel to send messages to all or groups of employees within the Broadcast feature. 

Your employees can join specific groups as part of the activation process or you can assign them to a group at any time. We recommend defining your groups prior to permitting employees to register.

The first step is to create to Groups you wish to have on your channel.

Step 1: Access Manage People and select Define Groups

Step 2: Identify the Groups you wish to create and tap or click Save Groups.

Once you tap or click Save Groups, you will see a confirmation, tap or click OK.
