Setting the order of Broadcast Alerts

While the types of Broadcast Alerts available for your channel may only be changed by your Customer Success Manager at OnScene Technologies, channel administrators can change the order in which they appear.

If you would like to add or delete an alert type, just let us know and we'll be happy to help you.

1. Access Manage Channel

2. Drag and drop alerts

Drag and drop - to change the order of channel alerts, simply drag and drop them in the preferred order.

Pre-written messages - you can save short, pre-written messages to include with an alert. Simply follow the instructions as stated.
